Friends of Food

Join us for a “festival of food” as we celebrate West Virginia’s culinary heritage and local farm products with a wine paired dinner in one of the most beautiful and idyllic settings in the entire state – Swift Level Farm, Lewisburg. We are engaging some of our region’s finest Chefs to team up in bringing you a New Appalachian cuisine® feast highlighting local farm products.  Featured wines are paired by the Wine Shop at Capitol Market.

Tortilla Chicken Soup and butter crunch lettuce to wrap charred corn, and roasted red and jalapeno peppers, cheeses, and garnishes.
Chicken provided by Raleigh Liberty High School FFA students.  Lettuce from Pam West.
